Had some issues with shipping and it got delayed but the team from e.g. Resolved and responded very fast. It helps to wash process but still leaves a small amount of haze that you need to wash off the next day

I personally haven't used it. I have a tiler that asked me to stock it, he calls it his secret power. So I ordered x15 bulk deal. However, I only received 13 bottles. I emailed someone on that, but haven't heard back yet.
I am still excited to offer this up to tilers using epoxy grout...knowing how difficult it can be!

Honestly, it worked amazing. It made my Apoxsee grout a clean up hundred percent a lot easier for sure made more time we use less sponges. I will recommend this product 21. I am really very satisfied with the product. Thank you.

Very large job that insisted on using the epoxy grout, we all know what a nightmare that can be. But... this made life much easier on our installers and project managers :-)
